Request for Proposals | Lead Generation and Pre-Mission Preparation for a Delegation to WindEnergy Hamburg
Marine Renewables Canada and econext are tentatively planning to lead a delegation of businesses to WindEnergy Hamburg, taking place September 22 to 25, 2026 at the Hamburg Messe in Germany.
The project leads are requesting proposals from consultants interested in supporting this trade mission. The primary objectives of this consultancy are to:
1) provide pre-mission preparation including high-level market/event intelligence;
2) to work with companies to pre-qualify leads and contacts;
3) program development for trade mission participants.
The deadline for RFP submissions is 4:00 PM NST July 17, 2026. Note that this project is pending funding approval, and an award will only be made if the project leads are successful in acquiring funding.
