He now serves as the Network’s Vice President for Policy & Regulatory Engagement\, and plays a key role in defining and executing the Network’s offshore wind energy business development and policy strategies both on the Atlantic and Pacific coasts; he also represents the Network and the United States offshore wind industry in the international context. Brandon is also host and executive producer of Offshore Wind Insider\, the Network’s popular bi-weekly podcast\, which features interviews and analysis on breaking news and policy developments with industry leaders. He regularly speaks about developments in the U.S. and global offshore wind markets\, both in-person and virtually\, at domestic and international events. \nPrior to joining the Network\, Brandon worked for the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (NJBPU)\, where he advanced New Jersey’s offshore wind program by supporting the deliberative process that resulted in NJBPU’s June 2019 award of 1\,100 megawatts to Ørsted’s Ocean Wind project. He also contributed to the efforts of the New Jersey Offshore Wind Inter-Agency Task Force\, specifically the development of the New Jersey Offshore Wind Strategic Plan.
